Shipping Policy

 

SHIPPING
Our warehouse hours are Monday- Friday from 7am– 3pm (PST)
We can ship to virtually any address in the Contiguous United States including, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, U.S territories, Canada and Mexico. Other International Destinations are not available at this time.

 

  • All shipments are packed in our personalized packaging. Shoe boxes are only sent upon request by the customer in the customer comment box provided at checkout.
  • All orders will be processed within two business days after payment is received. Packages that are processed will be picking up by shipping carrier and will take 3 to 11 days to deliver depending on your location and efficiency of the shipping carrier service.
  • We do not offer shipping or delivery on the weekends or holidays. Please allow some delays during holidays and after long weekends.
  • Orders will not be processed on holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day Monday.
  • Random orders are briefly held for additional verification which may delay shipping of your order.
  • We do offer Priority Mail Express and cut off time is 11:00 am (PST) to be able to ship same day.
  • Priority Mail services are not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery.
  • If your package is returned to our facility by our provider (under the same label) there will be a 30% restocking fee of the total value order. Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Shipping, Delivery and processing charges may include: processing your orders and payments, receiving and storing goods at our warehouse, processing returns, packing and delivering our products in a manner that assures a safe, secure and timely delivery of your order, and replacing any goods that are lost or damaged in transit. These charges are non-refundable.
  • Note: please be sure to be present at the time of delivery if possible, especially with the packages that required signature confirmation. Shipping carrier will not honor claims for lost packages if the tracking system shows "delivered". We are not responsible for lost packages once tracking show "delivered"
  • We offer FREE domestic Standard Post (ground) shipping for purchases over $75 before taxes, shipping cost and after any discount or promo code are applied (only within 48 contiguous United States)
